PermitSignal stores the minimum needed to send a bulletin: your email, the preferences you set (trade, boroughs, cadence, minimum declared cost), and timestamps for confirmation, trial, and messages.

We do not store a company name. We do not store your IP address. Rate limits use a salted hash of the address and are deleted after two days. Magic-link, confirmation, and unsubscribe tokens are stored only as hashes, expire, and work once.

Candidate records are public DOB NOW filings. They are not your personal data. We do not sell the list and we do not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies.

Sign in and choose Delete my data to erase the email, preferences, sessions, and copies of messages we sent you. Public filing records stay, because they did not come from you.

Payment, if you continue after the trial, is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Their checkout receives the email you already gave us so the receipt matches the subscription. We store their customer and subscription identifiers, not a card number.
