PermitSignal sends a digest of public NYC DOB NOW candidate records. A record is not a bid, a contract, or an introduction. Declared cost is what the filer typed. You have to verify it before you rely on it.

The trial is 14 days and does not need a card. After that, the price is $79 a month if you keep the subscription. You can unsubscribe from the email in one step. Unsubscribing stops the mail. Canceling the paid subscription is a separate step with the billing provider.

We can suspend a subscription that abuses the signup form. The datasets remain the property of the City of New York. PermitSignal is not affiliated with the Department of Buildings.
